Great record out of Richmond, California. Elijah Cole produced this and put it out on his own label. They actually had 2 45s. he produced a High School band called East Oakland on his other label called Track. The song was called Run Away Streaker and was an instrumental 45. Elijah Cole still lives in Richmond with his wife near Hilltop Mall.
